This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through the Tabitha’s Chin Chin website.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If we expand our delivery locations, we will update this policy and the available delivery options at checkout.
2. Processing Your Order
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, promotions or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery address and courier service selected.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been purchased.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

7. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the external packaging;
- photographs of the damaged product; and
- a description of the damage.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
8. Food Products
Our products are food products.
Please store products according to the instructions printed on the packaging.
Unless the packaging states otherwise, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Where applicable, reseal the packaging after opening to help maintain freshness and crunch.
Always check the product packaging for the latest storage, best-before, ingredient and allergen information.
